I am the world’s worst procrastinator.
Not only this, but even when I finally get round to doing whatever it is that I’m meant to be doing, I seem to always find myself becoming distracted. Whether it’s by a notification popping up on the iPad, the kettle boiling or that the dishes need doing, I never seem to be able to stick at anything for any great length of time.
I am constantly wishing that I could find the motivation to stick with my yoga routine, do some studying, or even just to read a book.
This is where my phone comes in.
That may seem like a hypocritical statement, but hear me out.
These iPhone apps for staying focussed I’ve listed here help me to actually stick to things. Some send me reminders throughout the day about what I should be doing, while some are just brilliant at removing distractions. These are the apps that I use to keep myself on task every day.
